HR Coordinator - $25 / hr-$30 / hr - DC

Our client, a mission-focused legal group, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support their People & Culture team in Washington, DC, starting mid-November!

Responsibilities :

Support talent acquisition through reference checks, background checks, and employment verifications.

Process I-9s, assist with onboarding, and conduct orientations.

Support the internship program, terminations, and performance reviews.

Prepare correspondence, file documents, and ensure proper document management.

Preform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications :

1+ years of professional experience or human resources experience are required.

A bachelor's degree in HR or the equivalent experience is highly desired.

Experienced in ADP is a plus!

Independent worker who is flexible to competing priorities.

Pays $25 / hr-$30 / hr, depending on experience.

If converted to permanent, pays a salary of up to $65k.

Hours are 9am-5pm.

2 days / week on-site in Washington, DC.
