Account Manager
Nira's mission is to help convert the US power grid to be 100% fossil-free. We are profitable! Nira is a software platform that helps renewable energy developers find the cheapest points on the grid to connect. We focus on estimating the cost to interconnect with the electrical grid (aka the Interconnection Process). Depending on where developers connect, they may be on the hook to pay millions of dollars to upgrade power lines, substations etc.
As Nira's Junior Customer Engagement Manager, you will be the front line of customer engagement - supporting users, onboarding new customers, and helping them succeed with our platform. You'll also work cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvements in our customer experience.

What you'll do :
Lead onboarding sessions with new customers - showing them how to get value from our platform.Provide responsive, thoughtful support - troubleshoot customer questions and resolve issues in a timely mannerKeep our documentation fresh, especially when new features launch or customer workflows evolveAssist with customer communications, like product update emails and FAQs with clarity and empathyCollaborate with our product teams, surfacing customer insights, suggesting improvements, and contributing to platform enhancements.About you :
1-3 years experience in the energy industry - ideally renewable developers, electric utilities, power systems, or relatedStrong technical literacy - you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working in a technical environmentInnately curious self-guided learner, who can identify your own knowledge gaps and find the resources to fill themA customer-centric, approachable mindset and a desire to always provide a positive experience for our customersAble to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and follow through on commitmentsExcellent communicator, written and verbal, with strong attention to tone and clarityExcited to play a pivotal role in scaling a climate tech company to the next level!Bonus Points
