We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients on their condition and how to manage their symptoms at home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and active physical therapy license in the state
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
