Primary Purpose

Performs or supports various administrative assignments, including special projects; rotates through Parkland departments, completes assigned leadership development activities, and contributes to administrative meetings to learn hospital administration through direct experience.

Minimum Specifications

Education

• Must be selected for residency rotation for graduate credit or have completed Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Public Health Administration within the last two years.

Experience

Equivalent Education and / or Experience

Certification / Registration / Licensure

None.
