Our client, a financial services organization with deep roots in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and drive strategic growth. You must have professional agriculture experience to be considered. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic marketing unit, responsible for crafting and executing targeted campaigns that resonate with consumers in the agricultural space. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target audiences and develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels
• Lead content and advertising initiatives including : print and radio advertising, direct marketing, sales collateral and event marketing
• Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
• Drive lead generation and partner with sales to move prospects through the funnel
• Collaborate with internal teams : strategy, research, data, communications, sales enablement, and customer experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven B2C product marketing experience, preferably in agriculture. Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing across email, digital, social, print, and direct mail. Familiarity with the agricultural industry and its seasonal dynamics. Solid understanding of marketing financials and budget management. Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors / agencies.
