Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Injury Defense attorney located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients who have been sued for personal injury and will work directly with clients as well as outside counsel. Our areas of specialization include :

• Transportation Liability
• Auto Liability
• Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith
• Premises Liability
• Construction Accidents and Defects
• Commercial Litigation & Business Litigation

The successful candidate will manage a caseload from beginning to end and will be responsible for customizing legal solutions for clients.
