Contract Specialist (Sabine Pass, TX)

Overview

Contract Advisor / Contract Specialist – 12 Month Contract, On-site in Sabine Pass, Texas. Base pay range : $50.00 / hr - $65.00 / hr on W2. This role is open to USC or GC candidates per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and administer service and maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, and operations teams on contract execution and compliance.
• Track contractor performance and drive process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards (API, ASME, PHMSA, OSHA).
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and risk mitigation efforts.
