With 14 million in Series A funding, we're growing fast and gearing up for our next big chapter : expanding our software, scaling our take-back and recycling programs, and leading Europe's transition to a circular economy.

As our Circularity Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging both worlds : using our platform and our services to design, launch, and scale circular programs that keep materials out of landfills and incineration.

Your Mission

• Independently manage projects : As Project Owner, you take responsibility from concept through to execution. Collaborate with leading manufacturers to design and implement innovative circular programs for products that used to be linear. You work independently, organize workflows, and find your own way to the solution without relying on pre-defined processes.
• Be the central connector : You are the key link between customers, recycling and disposal partners, and our internal teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, Data). All threads come together at you you ensure smooth collaboration, clear communication, and successful outcomes.
• Be(come) an expert in circular economy : You continuously deepen your knowledge of recycling, waste management, and circular economy practices, becoming a trusted advisor for our customers. Your expertise makes you the navigator for sustainable, innovative solutions.
• Work with a problem-solving mindset : You approach challenges with pragmatism and creativity, always focused on outcomes. Instead of seeing roadblocks, you design pathways to measurable impact.
• Ensure customer success : You are the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through implementation and ongoing operations, ensuring long-term results and satisfaction.
• Design tailored concepts and deliver high quality assets : You translate customer needs and recycling requirements into customized, scalable programs with high quality concept reports, presentations and general assets that deliver both environmental impact and business value.
• Make results visible : Together with Data & Product, you ensure outcomes are measurable and transparent from CO? savings to process improvements and cost benefits.
