The MedSurg unit has 30 beds and provides care to a diverse mix of medical and surgical patients, presenting a great opportunity to hone a wide range of patient care skills. Our MedSurg team is known for its collaborative and supportive environment, with short patient stays contributing to a fast-paced, yet rewarding, workplace. Our MedSurg unit prides itself on utilizing Admission Discharge Transfer (ADT) RNs and the use of Virtual Nursing, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Job Responsibilities

Under general direction, protects, promotes, and optimizes health and abilities. Supports the professional clinical staff by providing direct patient care and performing duties as assigned by the RN. Prevents illness and injury. Advocates for patients and their families. Ensures all actions taken in carrying out responsibilities support patient centered care.
