In this role you will connect with seniors who have already requested information build trust through empathy and clarity and help them secure peace of mind with Final Expense coverage You’ll close sales with confidence while making a meaningful impact
What you’ll be doing
Handle warm inbound and outbound calls with seniors who have shown interest
Connect quickly and build rapport through active listening and understanding
Educate clients on Final Expense options and guide them to the best-fit solution
Close sales during the call or through brief follow-up outreach
Document call activity and client notes in our CRM system
Collaborate with a team of motivated closers coaches and mentors
