Events and Meetings Coordinator
Job Responsibilities :
- Uphold the Company's mission and vision with every event
- Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every meeting and event
- Develop content for event and meeting materials and work with design teams to produce.
- Prepare and send out speaker and VIP confirmation letters and confirmations for all regional meetings
Requirements :
- Experience in 2-4 Years of Administrative Support Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Soft Skills Self Starter, Confident, Organized, Positive
- Education Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
