We are searching for a diligent and professional Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team in Oakland, CA . We are a truck transportation company that offers a wide variety of Import, Export, and Domestic services. You will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies within the industry.

In this position, you will perform a range of duties including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes, and leading safety training sessions. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of OSHA and Cal / OSHA , and will be familiar with the latest trucking industry procedures and regulations.

Main Requirements :

• In-Depth knowledge and experience of OSHA and Cal / OSHA
• Have Safety and Compliance experience in Warehousing & Trucking
• Have a great understanding of SOPs in the trucking industry
