Must have:

PowerShell Scripting / Commands for AD
Windows OS
Oracle Unified Directory administration

Nice to have:
Linux/UNIX OS
Support quarterly patching to the infrastructure and Microsoft AD and OS related issues in development through production.
Plan, test, and apply upgrades, maintenance fixes and security patches supplied by Microsoft.
Currency will be maintained according to Customer ITRS guidelines.
Security triage and management - patching verification, attribute settings, GPO deployments and requests.
Perform maintenance activities to confirm applications health. e, log collection, disk space monitoring).
Capacity management request generation for disk space and CPU.
Track Active Directory application performance with Customer-provided tools.
Monitor Active Directory, DNS replication issues and troubleshooting.
Perform health check report generation for Active Directory replication and port query status.
Monitoring of threshold alerts, error logs, or reports created by the AppDynamics dashboards and/or other monitoring tool stack, take necessary corrective actions, including remedial changes.
Create new GPO and import settings from QA to production environment.
Open firewall request with Customer global team to open communication ports between domain controller for replication.
Installation, configuration, management and demotion of domain controller and DNS.
Creation of domain controller clone copy for disaster recover testing of domain controller.
Create, modify trust relationship between domains.
Diagnosis domain controller issues and group policy issues.
Diagnosis of user authentication issues.
Diagnosis of capacity related issues.

Restore of deleted objects from Active Directory.
SSL issue handling and renewals on production and non-production servers.
SSL certification renewal/revoke/retire.
