Home & Hospitality Sales Manager

The Home & Hospitality Sales Manager will lead Cozy Earth's wholesale growth within the bedding, bath, and hospitality channels. This role is responsible for building relationships with premium retailers, boutique home stores, interior design groups, and hospitality partners-driving sell-in and sell-through while maintaining Cozy Earth's luxury brand standards.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with experience in the home textiles or luxury lifestyle category. You'll manage a small team of regional sales agents, collaborate cross-functionally with planning, marketing, and operations, and play a pivotal role in scaling Cozy Earth's wholesale revenue in alignment with our brand ethos.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the wholesale sales strategy for Cozy Earth's bedding, bath, and hospitality channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail, designer, and hospitality accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within boutique retail, resort, and design communities.
- Partner with internal leadership on channel planning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Team & Agent Management
Lead, motivate, and manage 23 independent regional sales agents to achieve territory and company sales goals.Provide sales tools, product training, and strategic direction to ensure consistent brand representation.Evaluate performance metrics and ensure accountability through clear KPIs and quarterly reviews.Account Management & Growth
Manage top wholesale accounts, from outreach and onboarding to ongoing business development.Partner with the sales operations and marketing teams to ensure exceptional partner experience and sell-through performance.Attend trade shows, market events, and client presentations to represent the Cozy Earth brand.Leverage CRM data to track opportunities, analyze trends, and forecast revenue growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Planning and Operations to ensure product availability and timely delivery for wholesale and hospitality programs.Work with Marketing to support co-branded campaigns, in-store visuals, and hospitality activations.Communicate market feedback and competitive insights to inform product development and strategy.Brand Advocacy

5+ years of wholesale sales experience in the home, bedding, bath, or hospitality industries.Proven success managing regional sales teams, agents, or showrooms. Deep understanding of premium retail and hospitality distribution channels. Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience with CRM, ERP, and B2B platforms (HubSpot, NetSuite, NuORDER, or similar). Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Why Join Cozy Earth?
