As aSenior Estimator, you will lead the preconstruction and estimating efforts for a variety of projects across Connecticut. Youll be responsible for analyzing plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. This is a high-impact role!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates (conceptual, bid, and negotiated).
• Lead bid process from pre-bid through post-bid scope reviews and contract award.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive estimates.
• Manage and maintain subcontractor / vendor relationships and solicit competitive bids.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bid proposals.
• Participate in the presentation of a bid and / or estimate to the client when required.
• Provide a detailed, informed hand-off of the estimate for awarded projects to Project Management.
