Electrical Engineer Building Systems

WBRC Inc. is seeking an experienced

• Electrical Engineer
• to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. In this hybrid role, based in our
• Portland, ME
• office. Youll enjoy a collaborative, team-first environment with the flexibility to work from home as neededand the chance to lead complex and rewarding projects across the Northeast and Florida.
• Responsibilities :
• Lead production and design of
• building electrical systems
• including lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems
• Manage electrical projects from
• concept through construction
• Review submittals, write specifications, and perform
• construction administration and site visits
• Collaborate with architects and engineers in
• multi-disciplinary project teams
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior engineers
• Ensure designs follow
• NEC, local codes, and industry standards
• Qualifications :
• PE license required
• (multi-state licensure a plus)
• 6-10 years
• of experience in electrical building systems design
• Proficiency in
• Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication
• and project leadership skills
• Knowledge of
• MEP coordination
• site inspections
• , and code compliance
• Must be able to
• work in-office / hybrid
• in Portland, ME and travel periodically to job sites and client meetings
• Experience in
