Schedule : Days (Mon - Fri 6 : 00am -2 : 30pm) Pay Rate : $40-$50 Hourly DOE Location : Boise, ID The principal duties and responsibilities will be : Ensures that the project team plans all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with Owner and Technology Development (TD) safety policies Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as Safety and Environmental Performs and facilitates audits and submits good catches Coordinates projects to ensure deliverables are completed within the required scope, schedule and budget Ensures regular communication to stakeholders of project status, roadblocks, and path to success Clarifies and documents project scope and ensures necessary input from appropriate stakeholders Follows change management procedures Supports of develops RFQs for construction activities Requirements : Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization and prioritization skills Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different disciplines Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced PC skills including a proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) Strong partnering, negotiation, and team-working skills with team members from different disciplines.
