Real Property Specialist
As the Real Property Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the Senior Real Property Specialist(s) in managing the acquisition, disposition, lease, and licensing of County-owned properties. You will obtain hands-on experience in government real estate transactions, including data entry and monitoring assigned properties and County agreements in the Land Management System.

Two years of experience in real estate transactions, property management, or related technical positions that involve land / property rights and drafting real estate agreementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, Public Administration or STEM fieldAn equivalent combination of post-secondary education and / or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basisWe also value :

Document migration to the repository and Land Management System and continued data management of county electronic and hard copy real estate documentsDraft Leases, Licenses, Amendments, Letters of Intent, Purchase and Sale Agreements, and Agenda Items.
