Position Summary

The Furniture Engagement Specialist will serve as a primary resource for engaging new and existing members in furniture-related programs, with a strong focus on distribution initiatives, financing solutions, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and current members to engage them with available furniture programs, focusing on the "FTS-Direct" platform.
• Perform heavy outbound calling, emailing, and other outreach to maximize utilization of assigned programs.
• Prioritize and plan work according to the importance of brand to the membership base.
• Juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Continuously improve data-analysis efficiency by providing feedback, ideas, and suggestions.
• Audit and analyze CRM systems to identify gaps.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the VP of Distribution.
• Support operational implementation of the FTS Direct systems.
• Travel to furniture markets and BrandSource shows to network with vendors and members, establishing relationships with new contacts.
• Serve as a liaison between members, internal teams, and brand partners to support successful initiative implementation.
• Develop and deliver presentations, training, and support materials to communicate program value effectively.
• Track member engagement and adoption rates, providing feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and member needs to help shape program strategy.

Remote Work & Travel

This position will work remotely from a home address in accordance with AVB's Remote Work policies. From time to time, travel may be required, including attendance at AVB's Annual All-Employee Meeting and other events where you will represent the company.
