Vice President, Global Integrated Operations
Eaton's Mobility Group is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Global Integrated Operations to be based in Southfield, Michigan.
What You'll Do :
Reporting to the Mobility Group President, the Vice President of Global Integrated Operations is a key member of the senior leadership team for Eaton's Mobility Group and is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Global Operations and Supply Chain to optimize performance. The Vice President will be a visionary and passionate leader, driving a culture of collaboration across Manufacturing and Supply Chain as part of an integrated team.
This executive role will oversee manufacturing operations, operational excellence, continuous improvement, procurement of direct / indirect materials, quality, supplier quality, Industry 4.0, advanced manufacturing / engineering and structural transformations, to achieve World Class Manufacturing status.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $270,000 - $396,000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
