As a Recruiter, you will support our recruiting and talent sourcing efforts. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle within a large organization, with a focus on swift execution, quality, and candidate experience to meet business hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for all full-time roles in various business lines, including Azure data, security, MAI, commercial / sales, and marketing.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, extend offers or rejections, and oversee onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Engage with candidates by informing them of employment opportunities and keeping them prepared for upcoming roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00 / hr.
