Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Client Relations Specialist for a well-established financial organization in Raleigh. This role will support the daily account processing activities for this program’s service area. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service while assisting participants and maintaining program integrity.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily account transactions, ensuring all batches are processed and posted accurately and on time to meet regulatory and program requirements.
Monitor and resolve “Not in Good Order” (NIGO) documents within Laserfiche folders by researching, contacting participants, and ensuring all missing or inaccurate information is corrected prior to processing. Maintain follow-up to minimize items in “Call Outs” folders.
Research and analyze participant documentation to identify and resolve account discrepancies generated by internal or external program participants.
Respond to inquiries from participants via mail, email, and fax. Contact individuals regarding incomplete or inaccurate account forms and provide guidance on establishing or updating accounts.
Provide support to participants and assist the Call Center with complex or escalated inquiries related to Savings Program.
Partner with the Program Services Representative and Call Center staff to ensure all public information is accurate and consistent.
Assist in the review and approval of enrollment authentication issues in the Admin Portal.
Support management with additional tasks or projects as assigned.
