Key Responsibilities :

Operations & Logistics

  • Manage daily order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory coordination.
  • Communicate with warehouses, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory levels.

Customer Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide professional, responsive, and solution-oriented support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and sales team members to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Support sales operations by preparing quotes, placing orders, and tracking orders.
  • Assist with light marketing activities — updating product listings, coordinating email campaigns, and managing branded materials.
  • General Operations

  • Support administrative needs, scheduling, and coordination across departments.
  • Jump in where needed — you’ll be a key problem-solver who helps things run efficiently.
  • Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (startup experience a plus).
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as HubSpot , QuickBooks , and Excel / Google Sheets (or a willingness to learn).
  • A self-starter who’s proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — we value capability and attitude above all.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of $40,000-50,000.00 (dependent on experience)
