Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of retention strategies and manage client relationships through regular meetings
Report on strategic KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance client engagement and revenue
Oversee campaign project management, including delegation of tasks and quality assurance of client briefs and designs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on retention
Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs, including list segmentation and lifecycle automations
Knowledge of SMS platforms and loyalty programming strategies
Proven leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional team collaboration
Strong background in developing and executing customer loyalty programs to enhance lifetime value
