Site Manager (Immediate Start) – Sparkle Car Wash, Matteson, IL
We’re urgently hiring a motivated, hands-on Site Manager for our Matteson location, who will lead a dynamic team, deliver great results, and earn rewards that recognize your success.
Compensation & Benefits :
- $20–$25 / hour (or $50,000–$61,750 annually )
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (with car wash experience) or $1,000 (with retail management experience) after 90 days
- $12,000 annual bonus potential + unlimited sales commissions
- 45-hour work week
- Medical benefits after 90 days
