Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage the Onboarding Team : Oversee a team of CRE and CLA Solutions Consultants, guiding them to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences. Ensure the team understands and executes the onboarding strategy
• Client Interface and Relationship Management : Act as a senior point of contact for key clients during the onboarding phase. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure those needs are met through tailored onboarding solutions
• Onboarding Process Design : Develop and continuously improve upon the onboarding process to align with client needs and accelerate time to value
• Team Development and Training : Mentor and train team members on best practices, new product features, and effective client communication strategies. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
• Metrics-Driven Success : Define, track, and execute against performance metrics, including : Time to Value, ARR onboarded, CSAT, team utilization, and more
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the onboarding process is integrated with the broader client journey. Advocate for necessary platform enhancements to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Built's salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
