Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Market Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive sales in new and existing markets.
• Revenue Generation : Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and optimize sales performance.
• Cold Business Acquistion : Utlize your network, referrals, industry events and cold outreach tactics to net new business.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Sales Forecasting : Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications :

• B.S. or B.A. Preferred
• Proven experience in industrial laundry machine sales role
• Ideal candidate has 5-8+ years in industry.
• Must be a HUNTER and have a business development mentality.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Ability to travel across the Western US.
