A company is looking for a Director of Marketplace Seller Acquisition and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Seller Acquisition and Onboarding team to identify and onboard high-value sellers
Oversee the strategic roadmap for the sales and onboarding journey to improve seller and employee experiences
Establish KPIs and measurement plans for the onboarding team, ensuring progress reporting to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Business Development, Business Management, or related fields
5 years of experience in online marketplaces, e-commerce, or digitally focused areas
5 years of people management experience
Proficient in using Salesforce CRM within a high-performing sales organization
Experience with Marketplace Platforms (e.g., Mirakl) is preferred
