As a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer within our TCAS (Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System) and Transponder Product Team, you will play a critical role in creating advanced systems that will meet the long-term evolving needs of the Aviation industry. Your systems engineering expertise will not only impact the successful delivery of cutting-edge Avionics solutions but also contribute to the broader mission of enhancing global aviation travel, navigation and safety.
On our team, you will have the opportunity to work on next-generation and new product development projects, directly contributing to the advancement of aviation technology in the Airborne Traffic, Collision Avoidance & Surveillance Avionics space. You will have ownership for systems engineering development at every aspect of the systems life cycle.
Work across disciplines, collaborating with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
5+ years of Systems Engineering experience
WE VALUE
Experience in similar product domains is of value i.e. Avionics, Navigation and / or Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS-B, DME, UAT)
Master's Degree or advanced professional certification
Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
Experience with RF products
Experience with the FAA certification process for avionics is of value.
Experience in working with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc is of value.
Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
Making autonomous decisions
