Key Responsibilities

Lead operational preparedness for key company changes, including new tools and policy rollouts

Collect feedback from frontline agents and translate strategic plans into scalable processes

Build partnerships across teams to drive alignment and anticipate operational impacts

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of autonomous project execution

Strong operational mindset with a passion for designing scalable processes

Analytical thinker comfortable using data to inform planning

Experience in engaging and aligning stakeholders at various levels

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
