JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage on-site team
- Create cost estimates
- Collaborate with clients and members of management team
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery
- Create schedules
- Hire additional subcontractors as needed
- Maintain daily log
- Make changes in operations as necessary
- Implement effective management techniques
