Position
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support and complex project-based work to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and requires exceptional organizational skills, analytical capabilities, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert on the full suite of Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, with a strong ability to create compelling Board-quality presentations and Excel analyses, leverage tools like Microsoft Copilot to accelerate productivity, manage complex schedules, and anticipate needs with precision and discretion. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Co-Chief Legal Officers, handling complex scheduling, travel coordination, communications, and confidential matters with professionalism and efficiency. Success in this role demands proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
