Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will work with various levels of management and other employees to drive the development of operational reporting, financial models, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. This position reports to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description

• Develop and prepare monthly operating and financial performance packages, performing analysis to identify profitable growth opportunities
• Continually identify and report on key metrics
• Develop monthly and quarterly forecast models, performing variance analysis of actual to forecasted results.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Develop financial models for new business development, working with various levels of management to identify and utilize key operating assumptions, presenting to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with the accounting team to understand and communicate operating results.
• Other duties as required to support the execution of both long-term and short-term strategic plans.
