Junior Floral Designer

Walter Pine Floral Studio - Queen Village, Philadelphia

We’re an artful, design-focused floral studio seeking a skilled and passionate floral designer to join our creative team. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and love bringing beauty to life through flowers, we’d love to meet you!

Schedule :

We’re looking for availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with the flexibility to work additional hours during holidays and busy wedding or event weeks.

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of professional floral design experience (retail floral preferred)

A keen eye for detail with the ability to design in the Walter Pine aesthetic

Strong work ethic — reliable, efficient, and self-motivated

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small creative team

Ability to manage time well, multitask, and stay organized under pressure

Positive energy and a love for flowers, design, and craftsmanship

Please note : This is not a freelance position — we’re seeking a designer who will work exclusively as part of our team and grow with our studio

Responsibilities :

Create daily arrangements, event pieces, and custom orders in our signature style

Process flowers and maintain quality and freshness

Assist with event prep, installations, and clean-up

Maintain studio cleanliness and organization

Provide excellent customer service (as needed)
