A well-established real estate law firm is seeking a seasoned Lead Paralegal to join its team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position plays a critical role in supporting all phases of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence through closing and post-closing. The paralegal will manage complex closings, review and prepare title, survey, and zoning materials, draft and record conveyance documents, and serve as a key liaison among attorneys, clients, and external parties. Lead Paralegal Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports to identify and resolve issues
 - Manage real estate closings including document preparation, execution, and post-closing distribution
 - Draft and record deeds, easements, affidavits, memoranda of lease, and related conveyance documents
 - Coordinate due diligence materials such as environmental reports, easements, and property inspections
 - Draft and negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, leases, and property sale documents
 - Ensure all documentation is properly filed and compliant with applicable jurisdictions
 - Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and brokers to ensure smooth transactions
 - Serve as a key point of contact for closing coordination and communication among all parties
 
Lead Paralegal Requirements :
