Dispatcher (Automotive Parts Delivery)
Axiom Professional Solutions is hiring for a Dispatcher position for one of our automotive dealerships in Tempe, AZ. This is an immediate hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Description :
Dispatch auto parts delivery drivers on-time, manage / monitor deliveries / pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull / stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed.
- Full-Time Employee Position : Starts ASAP
- Schedule : Monday to Friday Hours : 7 am to 4 pm (1 Hour Lunch)
- Reports to Parts Manager / Director
Job duties & functions include :
- Entering order information
- Assists with stocking / pulling parts
- Dispatching drivers for order pick-ups and / or part returns
- Performs invoice research as requested by the client
- Performing any and all additional duties as directed by supervisor
- General housekeeping tasks as required
- Follow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working area
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully at all times
- Operates with sense of teamwork
- Strong work ethic
- On-time attendance and dependability is a must
- Must be comfortable on a computer and able to work with dispatch software, preferred experience with Elite Extra software.
- Must be able to pass background
Compensation : $19 - $22 / hourly
