And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary As the Finance Manager, you will support the Virtual Care Finance organization. You will be responsible for strategic planning and financial modeling, including planning & forecasting, supporting key strategic initiatives, and overseeing activities that drive organizational growth. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead change and cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise. Additionally, you will : Construct comprehensive financial models, investment analyses and business cases to support strategic decision making and growth initiatives Evaluate growth & ROI opportunities, provide insights and present recommendations to finance leadership and / or business partners Create and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments Develop strong partnerships with teams across the organization to enhance cross-functional alignment and drive accountability Support core financial planning and reporting activities This role is work at home flexible. Candidate must be willing to work East Coast hours Required Qualifications 5+ years of management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance experience 5+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint 3+ years financial scenario, ROI and / or M&A modeling experience Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience owning complex models end-to-end Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and influence others Able to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care Industry Experience a plus Digital or technology-centric product start-up experience a plus Education Bachelors or equivalent work experience required Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is : $60,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
