PrimaryResponsibilities
Sourcing& Selection
- Build anddevelop effective referral sources and productive centers ofinfluence (COIs)
- Identify maintain andcoordinate lead strategies from a variety of sources (i.e.referrals COIs advertising social media etc.)
- Actively participate in the community and organizationsto promote / brand Northwestern Mutual
- Drivecandidate selection process by screening candidates conductinginitial interviews administering selection tools and guidingcandidates through the selectionprocess
AccountabilityTracking and Analysis
- Report weekly recruiting activity to leadershipteam
- Accurately maintain candidate databasesto ensure efficiency of the selection process
- Analyze recruiting ratios to identify inefficiencies inselection process; establish and implementimprovements
Qualifications
- Three years professional work experience preferably insales recruiting or the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a teammember and with all levels ofpeople
This role includes abase salary ($5580K) along with uncapped bonuses for recruitingactivity (anticipate $10K inbonuses).
