PrimaryResponsibilities

Sourcing& Selection

• Build anddevelop effective referral sources and productive centers ofinfluence (COIs)
• Identify maintain andcoordinate lead strategies from a variety of sources (i.e.referrals COIs advertising social media etc.)
• Actively participate in the community and organizationsto promote / brand Northwestern Mutual
• Drivecandidate selection process by screening candidates conductinginitial interviews administering selection tools and guidingcandidates through the selectionprocess

AccountabilityTracking and Analysis

• Report weekly recruiting activity to leadershipteam
• Accurately maintain candidate databasesto ensure efficiency of the selection process
• Analyze recruiting ratios to identify inefficiencies inselection process; establish and implementimprovements

Qualifications

• Three years professional work experience preferably insales recruiting or the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a teammember and with all levels ofpeople

This role includes abase salary ($5580K) along with uncapped bonuses for recruitingactivity (anticipate $10K inbonuses).
