Surgical Technologists are allied health professionals who are an integral part of the medical team providing surgical care to patients. They work under the supervision and delegatory authority of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures. Their responsibilities include ensuring the operating room environment is safe, equipment functions properly, and procedures are conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Surgical Technologists are experts in the theory and application of aseptic principles and sterile techniques, combining knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures to support a physicians performance of therapeutic and diagnostic interventions.

Compensation
Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions (subject to eligibility). The hourly pay for this role ranges from $17.74 to $31.63 , based on full-time employment. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
