About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and support our G&A functions. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

This role will be onsite at our San Francisco, CA office five days a week.

A Day In The Life

• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
• Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes

Benefits

Compensation will be paid in the range of $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
