About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to join our eCommerce team, reporting directly to the Director of User Experience . You'll lead strategic, high-impact initiatives across Men's Wearhouse and our family of brands-shaping patterns that scale, mentoring peers, and driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Success in this role hinges on three things : (1) applying expert design craft to complex e-commerce challenges, (2) partnering seamlessly with product management and engineering at both squad and cross-brand levels, and (3) communicating ideas persuasively-equally strong in written rationale, executive-level presentations, and compelling storytelling.

The starting salary for this position is $106,800 - $164,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $190,000. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
