Multi Site Global Sales Director - Building Automation - Honeywell
As the Global Sales Leader for Multi‑Site building automation solutions at Honeywell, you will drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new ones. You will develop and implement sales strategies, lead and develop a team, and provide strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Key Account Sales.
Impact includes significant contribution to revenue, financial success, and customer relationships. You will develop and support employees, recruit talent, identify successors, drive retention, and foster an inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales, selling complex solutions in the commercial market.At least 5 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership / managerial role.Understanding of Connected Building Solutions including BMS, HVAC, Refrigeration, SaaS.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.We Value
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments with focus on Retail and / or Grocery Vertical.Experience in building automation, BMS, SaaS.Direct end‑user experience across Retail, QSR, C‑Store segments.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Continuous learning and adaptability.About Us
