The Dining Services Team at Givens Estates, a premier nonprofit continuing care retirement community, is hiring for a PT Customer Service Specialist to help support our Dining Department. Reporting to our Assistant Dining Director, the primary purpose of this position is to create a warm and inviting dining experience for returning and new residents / guests. This person is often the first team member customers encounter and needs to possess superior interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with a diverse customer base. This position is also the primary source of information regarding the menu and food offerings, and seeks opportunities to educate the diners on food options as well as promote new menu items and daily specials.
The schedule for this position is two weekdays per week from 3 : 00 - 7 : 30pm, and Saturday's from 10 : 45am - 2 : 30pm.
