Job description

Title : Strategic Marketing Program Manager

Location : Remote

Duration : Long term contract role with rolling extensions(12 months to begin with)

Pay rate : - $30 / hour on W2

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformational projects & programs with stakeholders across marketing, such as new category launches, global events, squad operations, and new technology adoption.
  • Work across teams to standardize the tracking of project execution, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Analyze and communicate project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure adherence to requirements.
  • Schedule and facilitate stand-ups, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Own marketing roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Architect and build on the program management framework, delivering scaled processes across marketing and being the voice of change communications.
  • Report on program status and results to executives and program stakeholders.
  • Mentor other team members in industry best practices and trends; obtain buy-in and alignment on framework.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years' experience leading complex projects / programs for a B2B software technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others in a centralized marketing function; strategy balanced with tactical execution is critical.
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving execution of a product launch to cross- functional category.
  • Possess strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions leveraging data.
  • Stellar cross-functional partner, who contributes positively to our culture and the growth of our team.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization, building trust among executives to execution staff.
  • Expert in program management frameworks, including agile marketing.
  • Proven passion for creating order from chaos.
  • Demonstrated experience with program management tools, such as Smartsheet, Wrike, or Workfront.
  • BS / BA degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, marketing, or technology.
  • PMP Certification Preferred
