A company is looking for a Regional Network Development Associate to engage aging-in-place service providers and support them through the application and credentialing process.

Key Responsibilities

Research and engage aging-in-place service providers to join the network

Conduct provider portal training sessions and assist with the credentialing process

Utilize technology platforms to monitor network development progress and collaborate with team members

Required Qualifications

4+ years of customer service experience

Outbound calling experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology platforms
