Vice President Human Resources – Atlanta, GA
We have an immediate need in the Atlanta, GA area for a VP of Human Resource.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and staffing
- Organizational departmental planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee Safety
- Assist with accounting functions as needed
Requirements :
Salary : $100k- $130k+ with excellent benefits.
