What You'll Do : Carry out security-related screening procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols at the logistics and distribution location. Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and / or contractors in a professional manner during the screening process. Assist in access control by verifying identification and credentials for individuals entering designated areas. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. Observe and report any suspicious activity or unusual behavior encountered during screening operations to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel. Support emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements : Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
