Job Description
Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
Lead project teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project life cycle
Utilize Procore and other construction tech tools to ensure efficient project delivery
Conduct job site visits, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance benchmarks are met

The Successful Applicant
6+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
Must have strong ground-up construction experience multifamily is ideal
Experience with wood frame is a huge plus
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects in multifamily, healthcare, or higher ed
Strong tenure with reputable construction firms
