Our client, a small general contractor located south of Boston, specializes in various markets, including multifamily, senior living, and general commercial. Their projects typically range from $40M to $60M, encompassing both ground-up construction and fit-outs. They are deeply committed to fostering a positive company culture and prioritizing the well-being of their employees. Currently, they are seeking to staff a ground-up multifamily project on the South Shore of Massachusetts, which will span the next 18 months, with a robust pipeline of work lined up thereafter.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Overseeing on-site daily project operations
• Generating daily project reports
• Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
• Ensures safety codes / regulations are followed by laborers and staff
