Children's Faith Formation Coordinator

Overview

Works closely with the Pastor / Parochial Administrator and Director of Faith Formation to coordinate and administer children's catechetical programs, providing for the instructional and religious formational needs of children Kindergarten through 8th Grade, faith formation programs including OCIA Adapted for Children, Children's Faith Formation, Sacramental Preparation, Liturgy of the Word for Children. Conducts and identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement within the mentioned programs. Develops sound and practical recommendations, and reports findings to parish leadership. Performs follow-up reviews to ensure recommendations are implemented, and to further assist the Pastor / Parochial Administrator, Director of Faith Formation, and Office Manager where needed.
